This 324i's factory-fitted 2.4-liter diesel 6-cylinder engine and 5-speed manual transmission have been replaced by a E46 BMW 330i-sourced M54 3.0-liter 6-cylinder and 5-speed manual transmission, rated at 228 horsepower and 221 lb-ft of torque, paired to complete drivetrain from an E46 BMW 330i and a stainless steel exhaust system. Imported in 2024, it's equipped with a metric instrument cluster and mileage is TMU. The car is fitted with an E30 M3 fiberglass body kit (bumpers, fenders, quarter panels, side skirts, and doors), motorsport rear spoiler, red-painted side mirrors, and yellow inboard headlight lenses. Painted M-color stripes in Warsteiner DTM livery. The interior is fitted with aftermarket front sport seats, a Nardi motorsport steering wheel, and a Pioneer head unit. OEM 324d equipment includes manually-operated slide/tilt sunroof, manual windows, heater, and analog clock. Modifications include 17-inch BBS RS Mesh gold rep wheels, coilover suspension/sway bar and differential bushings/strut tower braces, Brake components from an E46 BMW 328i with new drilled and slotted brake rotors and red-painted brake calipers. The build was completed in February of 2024 and includes powder-coated chassis components, clutch, clutch master cylinder, headlights, valve cover gasket, brake pads and rotors, brake lines, spark plugs, and fuel lines replaced, differential serviced, and engine oil changed.
