Starting with the very first Mustangs in the 1960's, the GT 350 model has been the driving enthusiast specification. For this 2018 S550 chassis, that starts with the ''Voodoo'' engine, a 526hp, naturally aspirated DOHC 32-valve V8 with a flat-plane crank, an 8,250 rpm redline, and is mated to a Tremec TR-3160 six-speed manual transmission. Chassis upgrades include aluminum suspension assemblies with stiffer bushings, larger anti-roll bars, Brembo six-piston front brakes with 15.5-inch rotors, and a stiffer body shell. This ''R'' spec GT350, tuned more for the track then the base model, adds stiffer suspension settings, more aggressive aero for better downforce, higher capacity oil and water cooling, and a less restrictive exhaust.
This is a collector grade example in the rare Orange Fury finish, with only 44 produced with no center stripe.
