This is very rare and exceptionally clean 1995 Mercedes-Benz C36 AMG. This is one of the cleanest, best-kept and most original examples you will find for sale. Clean and clear title. No accidents on the CARFAX report. I am an auto dealer and longtime Mercedes-Benz enthusiast. This car is from my personal collection. I have gone over this car top to bottom to be sure it meets my high standards. This car needs nothing but a new driver. This was the very first AMG car produced after Mercedes-Benz took over ownership of the AMG tuning/performance company. This is rare vehicle, 1 of approx 440 built for 1995. This car was designed to compete with the BMW M3, with a high-horsepower engine, performance suspension, big brakes, wide wheels/sticky tires, etc. These were very expensive vehicles, costing about $54,000 in 1995. These cars feature a 3.6L 4V/cylinder hand-built performance engine with approx 276 horsepower and 284 lb-ft of torque. The Mercedes corporate parts-bin was raided to built these vehicles. Brakes from these cars were from the SL600 V12 roadster, and rear differential was from the E-class, among many other heavy-duty and high-performance upgrades to the C-class car. Top speed is limited to 155 mph. This car is 100% stock and unmodified. Factory equipment includes heated leather seats, moonroof, BOSE high-performance audio system with (working) CD changer, traction control and much more. Car comes with original books and manuals, three keys and two remotes. Superb original paint. Beautiful body and exterior, no dings or dents. Absolutely NO body rust. This car has never been driven in salt or snow. Exceptionally clean and excellent underneath. Beautiful monoblock 17' aluminum wheels with very good Continental performance tires. Outstanding interior in gorgeous shape. The leather seats aren't dry or cracked. Beautiful carpets and upholstery. Really nice interior buttons/switches/controls. The only quibble is that the headliner was drooping somewhat, and I had it secured with button screws (not perfect). This car runs and drives beautifully. Extremely strong and smooth engine, perfect-shifting transmission, tight suspension, very good brakes, etc. This is a 100% mechanically-sound and reliable car. No wiring harness issues, no noises, no rattles, no leaks, no warning lights on, and no check engine light on. I would drive this car to California and back without hesitation. Hot heat, cold A/C, and all electrical features working properly. I even had the original BOSE audio system professionally rebuilt and it works perfectly. Internal soldering fails on ALL of these radios/amplifiers with time. This one works perfectly. Great prior service/maintenance history, with 30 detailed service records. Kept inside in my heated warehouse in Willoughby, OH. Sorry for the indoor photos; this car does not go outside in bad weather. Bank financing and shipping are available for this vehicle.
