Located in Saint Charles MO, Jay Blair (dba iCARs.com, LLC) is a dealer/importer of JDM & Classic cars. He is passionate about cars and is intent on sharing that passion with you! Jay is dedicated to the collector car enthusiast and will do everything in his power to deliver a friendly, easy, & top notch experience when you are purchasing your weekend collector car! Above all Jay is honest and will be upfront with you for the very start. Jay goes to numerous car shows and meet ups. If you see him stop by a say hi. We love to talk cars!

All the cars are or will be Missouri safety inspected and are driven to car shows regularly. They come with all import paperwork needed to register the car in your home state. All imported cars are legally imported into the USA by using the 25-year law and comes with all import paperwork (EPA, Decl., Entry Summary, ETC).
